Leona Cox
Chief Operating Officer 

AgriSolutions® is pleased to announce Leona Cox as the Chief Operating Officer.  Leona joined the organization in 1992 and has been consistently promoted within the firm. During her career at AgriSolutions® she has worked in new business development, sales planning and support, and project management. As manager of the sales function, she worked to develop key account relationships for AgriSolutions® and managed the John Deere Ag Management Solutions and Monsanto Company’s Dairy Division accounts, with her primary focus in generating new sales for the organization. In 2008 she was promoted to Director of Operations with responsibility for all AgriSolutions® day-to-day operational activities including service delivery, sales, technology, systems development, and internal operations. Prior to joining AgriSolutions, Leona was the Cost Control Department Manager for an Anheuser Busch subsidiary.

 

 

Carolyn Roberts
Director, Technology & Accounting 

Since joining AgriSolutions® in 1987, Carolyn has worked in almost every area within the company. In 1993 she was named the Support Services Manager, managing all services relating to software, and in 1997 was given the responsibility for Quality Control of the software products, requiring her to develop, test and execute software test plans. In 2000, she began managing the Centralized Accounting Department, and since 2001 has served as the Key Account Manager for one of AgriSolutions’ largest clients, Farm Credit Services. In 2008 Carolyn was promoted to Assistant Director of Operations.

 

 

Cary E. Paul
Director, Consultative Services 

Cary began working for AgriSolutions® in 2009 as an independent contractor and was hired in 2010 to manage client relations. He will now be directing the Consultative Services and focusing on delivering profitable, sustainable business results.   Prior to joining AgriSolutions®, Cary had over 30 years of experience with Monsanto Co and Advanced Elastomer Services LP, a global joint venture of Monsanto Co. and Exxon, in various financial management positions including Manager of Accounting Policy and Internal Control for Monsanto Co. and Controller and Director of Business Planning and Processes for Advanced Elastomer Systems, LP.
