Farm Business Planning Workshops

"Taking Control"

The results of this workshop often generate highly emotional expressions of joy and relief or the stark realization that the financial status of the farm operation is far from satisfactory.

Using your own operation's financial data, you will prepare and produce a unique historical farm financial performance report. You will build action plans to accomplish objectivies you identify as critical to your business performance. You will use your operation's real financial information to produce your own roadmap desinged to improve your future. Certified AgriSolutions instructors will be there to help you every step of the way. 

Prerequisite: None 
Instructional Method: Group-Live (2 Days) 

"Growth & Debt Funding"

Using the Asset Management session of the training, you learn how to rank assets for asset management and growth purposes and identify those that are productive and non-productive. In the Debt Management section, not only will you discover the amount of debt appropriate for your assets, but also how that debt should be structured in order to cash flow. The Equity Management section contains invaluable information about the use of equity in growth. 

Prerequisite: None ("Taking Control" workshop recommended) 
Instructional Method: Group-Live (2 Days) 

"Managerial Analysis"

This workshop helps agricultural producers define profit and costs associated with the various activities within their farming operations. As a result of this workshop, producers will be able to measure, using standardized methods, their business performance within different commodities, livestock groups, farms and field. Agricultural producers will be able to see true profit and costs which will change and enhance their decision making.
